I'm so sick tonight. I have a sick, sick headache. No doubt from the overdose of Coke Friday/Saturday and then coming off of the "bad stuff". I'd like to say that I had a 100% day today, but I didn't. My eating was better than earlier this week, but when I got home tonight, I managed to pig out. It's ok. Tomorrow (actally today now) will be better.
